SACES
The Society of Architecture and Civil Engineering Students (SACES) is a faculty-based
student organisation representing architecture and civil engineering students of the
University of Malta. Set up in 1974 to defend students' rights, today, SACES still strives
to support and unite students by giving them a voice. However, over the years it has
taken on different roles within university life: It organises team-building events such as
workshops, parties and barbecues; debates and lectures by local and foreign speakers;
exhibitions of students' work and combined activities with other student organisations.
Thanks!
SACES would like to take this opportunity to thank the many members of the faculty staff, namely Prof. Alex Torpiano, Prof. Dennis De Lucca, Ms. May Bezzina, Mr. David Galea, Mr. Aldo Chetcuti, Mr. Jonathan Apap, Mr. Marvin Sultana, Rose, and many others for their constant support without which SACES would struggle to achieve. Thanks to you all!
